Privacy Policy

Fullbook Growth ("we," "us") is a business name of Leslie Gray, a sole proprietor in California. This policy explains what information we collect through fullbookgrowth.com, through our text messaging services, and when you contact us, and how we use it.

Summary

• This website has no forms, no cookies and no analytics.
• We collect information only when you email us, book a call, or exchange text messages with a number we operate.
• We never sell or share your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information we collect

When you visit this website. We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

When you email us or book a call. We receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and anything you choose to tell us. Bookings are made through Google's appointment scheduling page, which Google processes under its own privacy policy.

When you call or text a number we operate. We receive your phone number, the date and time of your call or text, the content of messages you send and receive, and any voicemail you leave. Voicemails left for a client business are sent to that business. This applies to our own demo line and to the texting numbers we run for our business clients.

Text messaging

We operate text messaging for two purposes:

1. Our own demo line. If you text our demo number, we reply to your messages and may follow up about your request.
2. Services we run for our business clients (for example, local contractors):
   - Missed-call text-back: if you call one of our clients and the call isn't answered, you get one text from that business so you can reach them.
   - Review requests: a client's customer who agreed to receive texts about their job may get one request to leave a review, plus at most one reminder.

Who the texts come from. Each text names the business sending it.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Missed-call texts are sent once per missed call. Review requests are limited to one message and one reminder per job.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers and message content only with the service providers that deliver the texts (such as our messaging provider, Twilio) and only so they can deliver them. When we run texting for a client business, that client sees the messages sent from its own number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we use information

We use information only to:

• reply to you and provide the services you or our clients asked for
• send the text messages described above and honor opt-outs
• keep records required to show we followed texting rules
• keep our services secure and working

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep email and booking records while we're in contact with you and for business records after that. For texting services, we delete a client's message data within 30 days after that client's service ends. Opt-out and consent records are kept for up to 4 years so we can prove we honored them.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to stop texts at any time.
• Email micah@getfullbookgrowth.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days, except for records we must keep, such as opt-out records.

Do Not Track

Because this site doesn't track visitors, it doesn't respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
